Synopsis
Who deserves to have a voice? Listening to people of color speak from their perspective is necessary in our multi-cultural world. To deny it, is to deny the beauty of the experience and the ways God is manifest on the earth. Featuring GetLit poets and black students in LA, we are invited to hear different views amongst the different lives we all live. Exploring culture through poetry, GetLit poets and black students of Los Angeles share their powerful messages of being black in America.
